Dr Laytonay Hodges

Dr. Latonya Hodges  has been a Registered Nurse for 20 plus years. Her focus for the last 13 years has been working as a DNP, Nurse Practitioner dual certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. Dr. Latonya Hodges is also passionate about education and being the CEO/President  of a nonprofit organization, Black Nurses Rock Greater Atlanta.  She also works as an adjunct faculty in MSN programs with South University.



Dr. Latonya Hodges is passionate about nursing as a profession, encouraging and supporting advanced education and giving back to the community.  She has been volunteering her time since 2017 with many members in feeding the homeless, health fairs in promoting health, donating clothing to those in need, teaching about nursing and health to different public school, donating time to those affected by catastrophic conditions, delivering meals to the disabled population. She is also a strong patient advocate always working to enhance the care setting to promote excellent patient care and outcomes, while promoting a healthy work environment.


In addition to her nursing leadership, Dr. Latonya Hodges has been a board member for professional organizations and local non-profits.



In addition to her professional work and educational endeavors, Dr. Latonya Hodges loves being a wife, mother and spending time with family. The family stays very busy with travel, childrens' sports, attending professional sporting events.


Dr. Latonya Hodges actively volunteers at her childrens' school and sports programs.
