Kilana Livingston is a dedicated and accomplished Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has relentlessly pursued her passion for healthcare and entrepreneurship throughout her career. With an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others, Kilana's journey has been marked by continuous growth, learning, and a relentless drive to expand her horizons. Kilana's path in healthcare began as an LPN, where she diligently provided compassionate care to patients in various settings. Recognizing the need to further her expertise, she pursued additional certifications as a Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) and Assisted Living Administrator (ALA). Not content with stopping there, she also aspires to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and she is currently working toward achieving this certification while excelling in her current role as the Director of Nursing (DON) for a Personal Care Home and Assisted Living Facility. Her commitment to excellence also led her to hold a key position as the Director of Admissions and Marketing for a Long-Term Care Nursing Home Facility, where she adeptly combined her clinical knowledge with her clerical skills. Kilana's dedication to her family, particularly her children, has been a driving force behind her pursuit of personal and professional growth. Inspired by her son and daughter's aspirations and the desire to create a supportive environment for young women, Kilana founded LivStrong, a Women's Center aimed at Empowering Young Women through education, career guidance, and community engagement. LivStrong was a testament to her belief in the potential of women and their ability to excel in various fields. As her responsibilities as a mother grew, Kilana recognized the need for a more flexible work arrangement. Leveraging her expertise and administrative skills, she founded Klrecruit & Communications Solutions LLC, a virtual call center that allowed her to work from home while continuing to provide valuable services to businesses. With a strong foundation in healthcare, she naturally gravitated toward the healthcare industry, offering virtual call center services and 24/7 answering services to physicians and healthcare facilities. She also expanded her company to provide Direct-Hire Placement and Employment Services, matching skilled healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities.
