Quinta Caylor RN

Co-Author

Quinta Caylor is a passionate Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and having worked her way up from a nursing assistant to a Nursing Director across several nursing specialties, Quinta has sought to use her nursing experience to impact more individuals outside of the four walls of the traditional healthcare system and formal places where nurses work. Quinta’s mission is to connect individuals to all the resources they need so that they can live in freedom, becoming their best selves. She does this through her private concierge nursing business, nurse consulting, and coaching other nurses into nurse entrepreneurship. Her foray into nurse entrepreneurship began five years ago and slowly took root through several business coaches to what is now a successful nursing business with several service lines and offerings. As a nurse entrepreneur, Quinta helps physician offices implement Medicare’s Chronic Care Management programs for their elderly population while providing private nursing and consulting services for individuals and businesses in her community. One of her greatest joys comes from helping families find resources, navigate care and create a plan to help them navigate care for their aging loved one as they get older, so they have peace of mind and enjoy their loved one’s final years, being fully prepared for any contingencies. Additionally, Quinta expertly guides other nurses to gain financial and time freedom through the launch and growth of their own impactful and profitable independent nursing businesses in their communities. In her personal life, Quinta is a dedicated wife, a homeschooling mom of 3 boys, and an active member of her community. She gives back to her community by speaking and coaching the youth through an organization she started with her husband and also assisting women who have been through domestic abuse. While some might think Quinta has too much on her plate, she counters with what she wants to be inscribed on her tombstone when she dies - “Lived fully, Died Empty.” As a result, she lives each day to its fullest, gaining fulfillment from enriching and inspiring the lives of those around her.
